We currently offer shipping services only within India. We do not process international orders.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 3 business days of receiving confirmed payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Shipping Charges

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹50 will be applied to all orders.

  • In addition to this standard charge, live courier charges, which may vary based on your location and the weight/volume of your package, will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, most orders are estimated to be delivered within 7 business days.

  • Please note that this is an estimated timeframe. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the chosen courier service, your delivery location (e.g., metropolitan vs. remote areas), and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical challenges.


6. Order Tracking

  • Yes, order tracking is available for all shipments.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. You can also track your order directly from your account on our website.


7. Packaging

  • We ensure all homeopathic medicines are packed securely in corrugated packaging to prevent damage during transit and ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We prioritize the safe and discreet delivery of your order.


8. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, it is the seller’s responsibility. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Buyer: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, it is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping address during checkout. In such cases, if the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for re-shipping charges. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

  • Missed Delivery Attempts: If delivery is missed due to the recipient’s unavailability, the resolution will depend on the specific courier service’s policy. Most couriers will attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local hub for pickup.
