Due to the sensitive nature of medicinal products and for reasons of hygiene, safety, and quality control, our return policy is outlined below. We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery.


 

1. General Return Conditions

 

  • Final Sale on Opened Products: For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or partially consumed homeopathic medicines unless they are found to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • Original Condition: Any product eligible for return must be in its original, sealed, and untampered packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.


 

2. Cases Eligible for Return/Replacement

 

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged Product Received: If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit.

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong potency, wrong remedy).

  • Expired Product Received: If you receive a product that has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.


 

3. Reporting an Issue (Timeframe)

 

  • You must notify us of any issues (damaged, incorrect, or expired products) within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • To report an issue, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and clear photographs of the product(s) and packaging (including the batch number and expiry date).


 

4. Return Process for Eligible Cases

 

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [Your Email Address] or call us at [Your Phone Number] within the stipulated timeframe. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

  2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request. If your request is approved based on the provided evidence, we will initiate the return or replacement process. We may arrange for a reverse pickup of the incorrect/damaged item.

  3. Packaging for Return: If a return is required, please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent further damage during transit.


 

5. Refund or Replacement

 

  • Replacement: In most eligible cases (damaged, incorrect, expired), we will primarily offer a replacement of the correct or undamaged product, subject to availability.

  • Refund: A full refund will be issued if a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product (if applicable) is received and inspected by us. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.


 

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products returned after the specified reporting timeframe.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or whose original seal/packaging has been tampered with, unless they are defective.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.

  • Any product without a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice).


 

7. Incorrect Shipping Address / Missed Deliveries

 

As stated in our Shipping Policy:

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, it is the buyer’s responsibility. Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • For missed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability, resolution depends on the courier’s policy. We will assist you based on the tracking information. These situations do not qualify for a standard return/refund unless the item is returned to us and a re-shipping fee is paid.
